Marshmallow and Spaghetti Buildings

Yesterday we made buildings out of marshmallows and uncooked spaghetti. The goal was to make it the tallest and the strongest. We lost in the tallest division but won in the strongest division. The reason we did this is because we wanted to see if our building could hold a 200g container or if it would break. Here is an example of a marshmallow and spaghetti building off the internet.

Metaphor writing

What is metaphor writing? metaphor writing is a beautiful lie. It describes something with a word that gives a massive clue on what it's talking about. Metaphor writing is mainly used in stories, song. It's not normally found in report writing or descriptive writing. Here is an example of a metaphor. Its raining cats and dogs. One very special person in my life is my brother James. The reason he is special to me is because

that i’ve lived with him for eight and a half years and i have enjoyed it so much. The way God’s

presence is shown in James is that his love from him to me is massive.

My science learning

On monday my class did science. We went to Mrs. Watson class. We learned about bugs and what they do. Mrs. Watson told us to write on a piece of paper a bug we wanted to learn more about, she also asked if we felt differently about bugs and the bug we would find in our school environment
